Look what I just discovered on my Manchester computer. (Yes, it’s the sort of afternoon where I’m going through old files.) From July 2004, this is my very first drawing of a Toclafane! Back in Series One, when we thought we’d lost the Daleks and I had to think of something for Rob Shearman to replace them with, I came up with this. They weren’t called Toclafane back then, they were just Future Humans. And those are the sort of boots that I imagined Chris wearing.
